We care about women
Working for Instituto Español means being part of a big family, where all our staff are fully respected and 95% of employees are women. Work and family life is balanced thanks to special working hours—we finish at 3 p.m. each day. We are a unique company with a pluralistic structure, avoiding hierarchies as much as possible. We make each worker responsible for their own role, trusting them to do their job to the best of their ability. This model enhances individual capabilities, benefiting teamwork.
We collaborate with non-profit associations
Given that hygiene is a basic need that everyone has a right to, we try to make our own contribution to preventing health problems. We help large organizations such as Seville's Food Bank and Nuevo Futuro, as well as local associations and residences. For any manual processing work, such as sachets containing samples, we collaborate with the El Mago Merlin Association, located in Hinojos, which helps treat all psychiatric, motor and sensory disorders, as well as learning difficulties.
We collaborate with associations without financial gain
Because hygiene is a basic need that we all should have access to and that prevents health problems, we want to do our part to help large organizations like the Food Bank of Seville or New Future, as well as local associations and institutions.
For manual handling, such as samples, we collaborate with El Mago Merlin Association, located in Hinojos, which treats different mental health, motor and sensory disorders, as well as learning difficulties.
Aware of our surroundings
We are located in Doñana National Park, so taking care of our surroundings is very important. Our manufacturing process achieves zero waste emission in all processes, and we recycle all the materials we use. We channel and reintegrate all recyclable waste into the production cycle. One of the daily challenges for Instituto Español is to reduce waste based on the new concept of zero waste.

Women’s Sporting Huelva
We love sports, so supporting our athletes is really exciting for IE. We are sponsors of the women's soccer club Sporting Huelva. The main aim of this club is to strive every day to improve the skills of our players and strengthen youth teams to raise the profile of the sport in Huelva and the surrounding province.
